Once connected the tech that handled my ticket was very nice and knowledgeable in handling my issue and had me back up and going in less than 20 minutes. he really made the call for help less stressful.

GBTo be clear To be clear, Hollander did not choose MRI/Affordable Housing. MRI bought Cornerstone and stated that Cornerstone would be eliminated at some point. I just want to make that very clear. However, after a very rocky start, and a very long learning curve, I now appreciate the Affordable Housing components and rely on the many, wonderful Customer Support people who are skilled, patient, and eager to help.
