It’s great It’s great, but what would be even better is if the siren would sound every once in a while while still activated for those who show up after the initial alarm and don’t know to look for the blinking light. Happens all too often.

Training FIrst of all the training in this was limited to upper staff and not the actual users. This is my company's fault and not yours, but you need to stress training to all users, We have had events were the siren did not go off an we heard thunder, One of our campus alerts went off but not the other.

Perry Weather has been great for us Perry Weather has been great for us! Their customer service is wonderful when we have to add or delete users. They also allow us to message them weather questions for different areas of the state if our teams are traveling. We have really enjoyed using Perry Weather.

Just the best "mic drop" Customer service is the best in the industry. Perry weather services have grown as there customer base has grown. I have not found a single customer that has any regrets. Just the best in the business.
