Very easy platform to get used to… Very easy platform to use and get used to using. The support staff is real and they respond in a timely manner. This is a real company, with a real product that works as advertised. We only have been live for about half a day and we're already seeing revenue come in with renewals. JoinIt makes it easy to dip a toe into membership management As a tiny but growing nonprofit, a low-cost solution is important for us. JoinIt has that plus a decently attractive interface and helpful tech support. It's also clear that as we grow there are additional features we might need and opt into. That scalability is nice and it's in fairly plain language. Overly complex solutions aren't always the best or most welcoming for smaller membership organizations.

Great product for an RV club A few weeks ago, I started looking for a membership program for my RV club. After reviewing several, I found Joinit. I was impressed with the YouTube videos they had to explain the process and even more impress with the ease in use and the membership cards. It was very easy to contact them online. And after reviewing the software in a demo mode, I found the best product for our club.
