Within minutes of submitting my support request, I had a response and the developer worked with me to - well, he did ALL the work - to create a seamless experience. Very pleased Very pleased! I implemented/tested 2 other commenting systems (and thoroughly researched several) before deciding on FastComments. I am so happy with the easy installation, robust, up-to-date, and user-friendly documentation (I am not a developer), and many customization options. The UI (design/how it looks) is simple but pleasing. Privacy and security were also very important to us, as well as the option for anonymous commenting.
