Clear information and Friendly Clear information and a high degree of control made this a great host. I only left as a result of migrating to on-site hosting. Their customer service was friendly and responsive when I wanted to cancel my account. Highly recommend.

Good servers and good support There servers are really good in terms of hardware and price. They also give you a 24 hour trial to try there service. The support is also really great. A guy names Griffon H was really nice and helped me with a problem i had with my server.

Support is prompt and helpful First contact I reached out to check if there were any palworld servers in Australia still available as they had been sold out everywhere i checked. Luckily support got back to me within 10 min advising they had a few left and suggested to be fast as they were also selling out. I got my server up and running then has some issues with ini files. I got on to live chat within 5 min and they had fixed my issue within 10.

Modpack wouldn't load :-(, Kevin said otherwise. Had a wonderful helpdesk experience tonight with Kevin helping me resolve my modpack issue. Spent way too long trying to figure it out myself, I just hopped on the live chat and in less than 10 minutes my problems were solved and I was mining that craft. Thanks again Kevin, you a G.
