GBI've been on Indifferent Broccolie for… 1.5 years I've been on Indifferent Broccoli on and off for over a year on two Project Zomboid servers. I have never had an issue (except currently, they are experiencing some growing pains with Palworld's popularity). They've always been willing to help, even when I first started their service and didn't know how to access their file transfer or set up a modded server. They have a highly active Discord server that keeps everyone up to date with any present issues, tickets, and fixes they are doing. Active admins, and an active community willing to help.

GBEasy Setup for Non-Tech Savvy People I was recommended Indifferent Broccoli from a member in a Valheim Discord server for ease of setup, stable performance and reasonable cost. I can say that as someone who has no idea what they're doing with a server, it is super easy to set up and get playing with friends. I will continue to use I.B. as long as we're still playing as a group!

GBincredible support I have been using Indifferent Broccoli for a good while now, and the best thing about them is honestly how human it is. The support is never an unhelpful bot and they are crazy fast to respond (for human support). They never try to cheat people out of money, and their UI is pretty nice. My only thing issue wise is that the website struggle when you try and change something big. But it makes sense since it is a website (and also there are fixes and work arounnds).

GBTerrible Spent most of the month trying to get customer support. Sure there was support, but it usually take a long time due to limited staff. Additionally, their "saves" and "guides" are useless. Resulted in my server getting deleted twice

CASigned up for Palworld server during… Signed up for Palworld server during it's popularity peak. First few days were rough. But there were frequent updates and constant communication from the Indifferent Broccoli team. Everything eventually cleared up within a few days and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Couldn't blame them for what happened. The spike in demand was astronomical and they handled it pretty well.
