Always Reliable and Transparent I have never had such a consistently good experience with a server hosting company in my life. I’ve dealt with *many* hosts in my life; bad panels, unresponsive or otherwise awful support, poor or overhyped performance. Any issue that I’ve ever had worth complaining about has been resolved by their support team, and sometimes it really feels like the staff bend over backwards to make your broken mess of a project work. Prices are amazing Prices are amazing. So far no lag. Adding incremental slots one at a time would be better. I don't like having to go from 4 to 8 to 12 to 16. That's just a small thing otherwise everything has been great.

Fantastic support, great company I have been using Indifferent Broccoli for a few years hosting Minecraft, Valheim, and now PalWorld. They have great and responsive customer service and they will always respond to your questions. Sometimes things happen, especially when a game is new and suddenly very popular. But they have always been able to maintain access to the servers and get them back up very quickly if something does crash. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Terrible Spent most of the month trying to get customer support. Sure there was support, but it usually take a long time due to limited staff. Additionally, their "saves" and "guides" are useless. Resulted in my server getting deleted twice
