Terrible Spent most of the month trying to get customer support. Sure there was support, but it usually take a long time due to limited staff. Additionally, their "saves" and "guides" are useless. Resulted in my server getting deleted twice

Always Reliable and Transparent I have never had such a consistently good experience with a server hosting company in my life. I’ve dealt with *many* hosts in my life; bad panels, unresponsive or otherwise awful support, poor or overhyped performance. Any issue that I’ve ever had worth complaining about has been resolved by their support team, and sometimes it really feels like the staff bend over backwards to make your broken mess of a project work. Overall they provided a good service Overall they provided a good service, but I found out that they didn't have voice chat support for Minecraft which my server needed soni had to switch. I have tried them for project zomboid in the past and that was a 5 star service.
