Prices are amazing Prices are amazing. So far no lag. Adding incremental slots one at a time would be better. I don't like having to go from 4 to 8 to 12 to 16. That's just a small thing otherwise everything has been great.

Terrible Spent most of the month trying to get customer support. Sure there was support, but it usually take a long time due to limited staff. Additionally, their "saves" and "guides" are useless. Resulted in my server getting deleted twice

I'm in love with Broccoli. Indifferent Broccoli is anything but indifferent. Despite the sassy attitude they actually care a lot. I was trying every server host for Palworld I could find. A server host that cares. Indifferent broccoli does things different. When it comes to the customer experience the are not indifferent, they care deeply about providing great customer service. There can be hiccups when a new game launches but with something suoer popular every provider struggles but few act with the grave of these guys. They earned a life time customer with how they handled the launch of pal world.
