There can be hiccups when a new game launches but with something suoer popular every provider struggles but few act with the grave of these guys. But there were frequent updates and constant communication from the Indifferent Broccoli team. Everything eventually cleared up within a few days and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Couldn't blame them for what happened. The spike in demand was astronomical and they handled it pretty well.
