BEST Server host, with GREAT customer support! I've been using MelonCube's services for Java Minecraft servers for 3+ years now. Whether it has been servers for friends, commercial servers, or just for me to mess around with, they have done an excellent job. MelonCube offers fair prices for high quality servers. If there's another server that's cheaper, I would still rather go with MelonCube for the simple reason that they have the most high quality support I've ever had the chance to use. Their staff help you in usually less than 30 minutes, and will usually be okay with helping you with stuff that they probably should have no part in. I've had many cases where they help me setup plugins, or even just discuss/help research ways I could solve issues.

First impressions My experience with Meloncube has been positive so far. I haven't been here for long, but I was welocmed with open arms (which I truly appreciate). As a partner, nobody has used my link yet, but I am learning to become a youtuber, that way, maybe, I can benefit both sides if I do manage to get an audience. I can't wait to see what I can do as a partner in the future.

I've been using these guys for years I've been using these guys for years, only ever with smaller modded servers for my friend group. They are always well priced at around $3 per gb. Where they really shine is their support. Easy to fill out tickets and I've never waited over an hour or two for a reply even at 3am central time. I always recommend them and will continue to do so.

Good, but experienced a nasty crash The website says "Many hosts make bold "claims" about uptime, but usually, this is just marketing and promotion. Uptime is something that we're absolutely fanatical and extremely proud about.", so it's a bit ironic that after only a few days of playing on the server, there was a major crash that resulted in ~3 hours of downtime. Plus several more hours of lost progress due to rolling back to an earlier state. But we were compensated for this and other than that, the server has been working fine :)

Host a server with Meloncube and you won’t regret it. I will rave about MelonCube until the day I die. They are genuinely such an amazing host and has been so incredibly helpful and patient with me when it’s come to troubleshooting. I’m not a big tech guy, but they are always happy to help and explain things to me. Even when I switched from the old host I was using, who were very difficult to work with and was charging me waaaaaay to much to host my server, they helped me transfer my server so that I wouldn’t lose anything. And this time, even when the problem was my own incompetence, they were helping me try to find solutions and never once made me feel like I was annoying them. And when I figured out what I did wrong, they never made me feel stupid. They are also super affordable, which I am incredibly grateful for.
