They were quick and informative with all of their answers, and also managed to intervene and sort things out for me on their end when I couldn't do it myself! Thomas P was amazing, they worked with me for over 5 hours straight to ensure I got what I needed! Worth every penny! I even did a test and messaged other support teams on other sites to compare their response time and they were all over 2hours! longest MelonCube took was 30minutes and that's when they were sorting something out for me. Solid features! We have been hosting our own little Minecraft server with Melon Cube for more than two years now - we love the admin interface, the plugin installing feature, and just how well everything runs. For casual use with some friends, their "Zombie plan" is great value.
