Trust worthy & great support says 3 yr member I've been with Altrady 3 years after being frustrated with Coinigy. The support is great. Ben, Jenn and several others are very approachable, and exceedingly helpful. I never feel awkward asking questions, or making suggestions. It's amazing how much development Ben's team puts into improvements. The BOT is worth joining the altrady team all by itself, but there are lots of features that make it great. Great bots and smart trading controls. I found Altrady when I first got into crypto. But I didn't continue to use the software...didn't realize some of the unique features of the base scanner and trading bots. But I have found my way back, and find that the platform has many features that will enable a skilled trader to plan and execute trades effectively or to automate them through bots. They have really responsive customer service. So I would highly recommend this platform.

AWESOME SUPPORT and SOFTWARE! ALTRADY support resolved a mix up of my subscription and reinstated all my settings within one hour and about 4 email exchanges. They were extraordinary - special thanks to DAMIAN who carefully reinstated all my settings when I inadvertently cancelled my subscription . Awesome support, great software !

Love the platform Love the platform, used many platforms in the past but my favourite is definitely Altrady. Great features, reasonably priced and great support. I use Altrady with an ultra wide monitor and love that you can put everything where you want it to be. Totally customisable and looks fantastic. Definitely my fav trading software. If you are looking for everything in one place that works really well you owe it to yourself to check out Already. It's awesome!

Not for beginning traders.. Complicated platform, if you want to make a simple trade you press some buttens right, but if you want to get the best trade you still get about 30 choices.. and how to do that, 2 3 minutes video's dont help. This is absolutely not for beginning traders. In response: Well off course that is my personal experiance, plenty of people dissagree, and that is fine. ps. I made some adjustments. You get a low rating because for my personal experiance I think altrady is not for beginners and the short video's are not helping.. maybe its better to make a longer more explained video.. and that has not to take one hour, and maybe its a great platform for more experinced traders but not really for beginners. In stead of asking what is this and how to do that and then waiting for answers.. you know what really would be helpfull if you gonna give interactif classes, maybe on zoom or something.. i'm convinced that wil boost your company tremendesly.
