Super customer service I recharged my girlfriends Lyca mobile and it sent a confirmation mail but top up wasn’t made. I contacted them and they ask for a four digit code. I uploaded it and it said wrong code. My experience wasn’t nice at the time. The customer service contacted me, a lady and was very helpful. The exact fee that was paid was refunded and they apologized for my earlier experience. In a nutshell, despite the initial challenge, the customer service is top notch.

After ward they immidietly give me the refund since My phone was not able to be unlock and still fullfill they refund criteria. This web not a scam that for sure.
