Just make sure you read everything because if you try with a company locked blacklisted,stolen,Lost phone its not gonna work.

Super customer service I recharged my girlfriends Lyca mobile and it sent a confirmation mail but top up wasn’t made. I contacted them and they ask for a four digit code. I uploaded it and it said wrong code. My experience wasn’t nice at the time. The customer service contacted me, a lady and was very helpful. The exact fee that was paid was refunded and they apologized for my earlier experience. In a nutshell, despite the initial challenge, the customer service is top notch.

One of several reason doctorsim give me. I have one that I didnt meet. The phone is iphone 15 which only be used for 2 months. After ward they immidietly give me the refund since My phone was not able to be unlock and still fullfill they refund criteria. This web not a scam that for sure. Saved my holidays I used the service to recharge my SIM while on holidays in Argentina. Recommend!! !UPDATED! Everything went smoothly, received my email that my phone was unlocked until i tried inserting a sim and my phone still wasnt unlocked and realized it did not work. I would like to request a refund please. UPDATE: The first sim i was initially using might’ve been locked so I used a different sim card and my phone worked right away! Also doctorsim stated my phone was unlocked through apple servers and i had to connect through wifi or itunes so the apple server could check the unlock service requested and apply it to my phone so that took about 20 mins , that is why i thought it didnt work at first and after that my phone was unlocked!! I cant believe my phone is unlocked!! Definitely will recommend this service and use again. Also the unlocking was done in under a hour which was great!! Thank you.
