Super customer service I recharged my girlfriends Lyca mobile and it sent a confirmation mail but top up wasn’t made. I contacted them and they ask for a four digit code. I uploaded it and it said wrong code. My experience wasn’t nice at the time. The customer service contacted me, a lady and was very helpful. The exact fee that was paid was refunded and they apologized for my earlier experience. In a nutshell, despite the initial challenge, the customer service is top notch.

One of several reason doctorsim give me. I have one that I didnt meet. The phone is iphone 15 which only be used for 2 months.
