UASuper customer service I recharged my girlfriends Lyca mobile and it sent a confirmation mail but top up wasn’t made. I contacted them and they ask for a four digit code. I uploaded it and it said wrong code. My experience wasn’t nice at the time. The customer service contacted me, a lady and was very helpful. The exact fee that was paid was refunded and they apologized for my earlier experience. In a nutshell, despite the initial challenge, the customer service is top notch.

GBAmazing!!! So far my experience has been amazing! I can’t believe they don’t charge you to run the check on your phone as every other website I’ve tried charges an outrageous fee and then I end up not receiving what was promised.
