UASuper customer service I recharged my girlfriends Lyca mobile and it sent a confirmation mail but top up wasn’t made. I contacted them and they ask for a four digit code. I uploaded it and it said wrong code. My experience wasn’t nice at the time. The customer service contacted me, a lady and was very helpful. The exact fee that was paid was refunded and they apologized for my earlier experience. In a nutshell, despite the initial challenge, the customer service is top notch.

GBBad bad and bad Bad bad and bad, there was a boitva 4£ extra charge and no credit, Ffs I'm worried about a pradophile with my children and these nice people won't put the credit on my phone, days its instant , 2 hours now and no credit.
