Great customer service and responsiveness. Expensive. I didn't like that the QR code I created with QR.io didn't work after a while. My initial impression was that it was free. Subscription is expensive. I contacted customer service and to my surprise, they responded very quickly. I give them a lot of credit just for that fact. Fortunately, my project is not for profit and they offered a special rate for a non-profit. I also found out that if you create a static code, it works for free indefinitely. So, they do have a completely free service. You just need to make sure that you create a very simple static QR code. Their platform is easy to use and create nice QR codes. Overall, I am very happy with the service.

Don't trust, fraud Pricing and plans are extremely unclear. I feel like I have been defrauded. When searching the site it wasn't clear that any qr codes created during the 7 day trial will expire. 35USD for a static link is horrendous and I will be cancelling at the first opportunity.

Love this website! Great designs for my University Exhibition. Love this website! It's super easy to use and I love the customization options. I'm organizing lots of QR codes for a University Art Exhibition, and was delighted to find that I could coordinate each QR code with the art piece it's designated for using precise hex codes. Made the process way more fun and clean-looking.
