Easy to use This app is so easy to use, it's relatively stable. bought the europe one, installed it before we went to Italy, it was automatically in your e-sim tray. Please check whether your phone can use e-sim, there's a help for that too in the app. It's easy to use, no hassle, i used so little of it, but it's so helpful during our trip overseas.

Do NOT buy! Do NOT buy! I believe this company is scamming people. I have bought 5 GB for Egypt, I am now in the center of Cairo and I have not had 4G or 5G at all (only LTE) so I basically cannot use internet except for messages because it is too slow. Their customer service is appalling and they are refusing to own up to their actions. Do not recommend unless you want to get scammed like I did!

The eSim worked as promised The eSim worked as promised: it starts its period of validity as soon as I landed in Beijing and connected to the network for data. The connection has been reliable for all my stay in China (mainly Wuhan and Beijing).

Wonderful data experience The data coverage has been brilliant through out mainland Italy and Sicily and now in the United Kingdom. I still have lots of data left and have had on all the time during my travels. Also it is really easy to purchase e-sim online, no waiting for a sim in the mail to arrive.
