GBNew loan alert I am in the process of securing a new mortgage. Previously I had frozen my credit reports. For the loan I needed to unfreeze the reports. Shortly after doing so LifeLock contacted me to confirm it was me. A short time later they contacted me again to inquire if I had applied for a new loan.
