Really helpful tool! It has made my writing significantly better. I create SEO content daily, and from helping me form ideas to creating better quality content, Jounce really works. Of course, not all of it is entirely the latest updates, and if it could search the internet that would be helpful.

Good but some major suggestions The AI tools were amazing and all that. But, in the AI image tool, it generally generates symmetric images, meaning that there's two of the exact same thing on both sides. Also, would be very useful if you had a built-in chatbot just like other tools similar to yours like Marmof, copy.ai, Hyperwrite AI, and Writesonic.

Jounce offers so much more than the… Jounce offers so much more than the standard AI assistant tool. They have so many features and tools, its almost impossible to get the kind of content creation you need. I like that the templates guide you in a way that doesn't leave you confused. As a professional in my field, I have tested many AI tools in order to give the best reports on them. There have been a bunch that were not very useful or didn't deliver what they promised at sign up. I have found a handful that are extremely helpful to streamline work or productivity and produced high quality work. Jounce however, completely blew almost all of them out of the water! This is definitely a favorite of mine.

I am very disappointed with support from Jounce. I am very disappointed. I've been using Jounce as a paid Pro user since February 2023 and have found the service good overall. What is the reason then for only 2 stars? They have an automatic upgrade process that bumps your word count up based on your use. Recently I went over my 200k word monthly limit by a 3k and they bumped me up to 500k and charged me over $600 CAD without notification of any kind except from my credit company. I've tried to contact support through several channels over the last two weeks with no response. I've opened a complaint with my credit card company which is the last thing I wanted to do. I will be cancelling my account this Friday if I get no response and start legal action.
