USThe only audio company that cares about their customers I’ve been subscribed to output arcade for 5 or so years. I often post my praise of the company and create content to show how I made songs . Over time I’ve developed a relationship with many employees at output and have had first hand experience seeing them care about their customers and how we use their products . I also have participated in a few contests and even won! I am a full time producer musician songwriter beatmaker and Output is the only company that has taken the time to let me know they appreciate me .

ITExcellent Excellent! 👌🏽 First of all I love Arcade, I mean is just brilliantly done. 👏🏽 I had an issue with finding back samples into Arcade in some of my projects I made with; I suddenly sent an email to the support service which was so efficient as fast, really impressed how helpful was this! The person’ name I interacted with is Tim, really professional and kind I definitely recommend! 🙏🏽

SEPlugins are good, copy protection awful. All of a sudden, the plugins forced med to re-authorize. When I tried, i got a response saying I had used up all available activations. Apparently, the number of unlocks is limited, and apparently the limit is really really low, since I have only switched computers twice over the last 10 or so years. So. Then you have to wait for support, for a day or two at best. If this happens in a live situation, you're F'ed. In a weekend mix session, you're F'ed. On a deadline, you're F'ed. Copy protection preventing a paying customer from using the product paid for (in a fair way according to license agreement) is simply not ever OK. Not ever.

USWilliam of Output provoked me to solve the problem myself! William of Output is like William the Conquerer. He responded quickly and walked me through a problem which I solved by myself. I have been a university professor. That is the best kind of teacher. Let the student solve the problem by themself. Then they NEVER forget how they did something. Great software too!

SECustomer service is excellent! +++ I have had a technical issue with registration which caused me pay more than I should over a period of about two years. William from the support team got back to me within a day providing with solutions willing to refund me despite the long period, and even compensated me for the trouble. He made sure I was satisfied and took care of the situation in a highly admirable way and I am very thankful for that. Thanks!!! BTW your products are super cool!
