GBi called customer service after 9:38 am… i called customer service after 9:38 am today and got through with the new years called after the first dropped call in around 12 minutes and got to finish the morning 1to2 and now 10:12 i give your company 5STARS.

CAFree Adcopy My one star was originally for annoying me with a inconvenient popup asking "rate your recent experience" Aside from that I give PCProtect four stars for offering high value at a low price. It's unlikely anything can protect us from our own stupidity. ....Such as mistaking guidelines for suggestions. Definitely recommended as a budget conscious choice over the more expensive options. I had not read the other one star reviews when I subscribed at $20 for a year. Had I known how frequently the billing department overcharged, I doubt I would have risked even what I did. So far nothing bad to report. I'll update this to five stars if there are no issues a year from now.
