I had to submit again to get the correct result which took extra days while the consultancy job waited.

Disappointing Service this year I was not provided with a renewal option until the day after my policy expired. To my knowledge, I still don’t have one yet, 4 days later, even after making payment. I need a COI for a business matter that I’m now delayed for. The service is traditionally superb, but this year renewal has not been reflective of my years of experience with Bunker.

Will move to a firm that values their customers and understands that sometimes you need to talk to a live person who know the insurance business. Texting does not work
