It wasn't great but I needed it for… It wasn't great but I needed it for this form only. I needed the PDF form for insurance reasons. I think $10 for one page is a little steep. Do you send me the final product??

Do not sign up for this website! Said I could sign up for a free trail to download my document, then proceeded to charge my card without my consent. Probably something in the fine print I missed. Such a scummy way to get money out of people. If you're going to advertise you're service as free then actually make it FREE.
