I was able to install the Wilcom Embroidery Software after goin through a 10 step process, only to find out the software didn't have the Chenille Elements and Corel draw Requested this a week ago, received the Corel Draw download but was unable to install because it was corrupted and had viruses. Requested these files 4 days ago with no response. Seller will not respond unless a negative review is posted. Not a great way to do business.
