"False Start" It's difficult for me to fill this out as we kind of "never got started". I was trying to get a speaker to work on my new monitor and found out it doesn't have a speaker. I did find working with you folks however a pleasant experience as you were very timely in our discussions about the feedback I got from you. You also processed my cancellation quickly and fairly. Upgrading to pro worth every penny I'd tried the free version with my laptop and yeah, time consuming as I had so many drivers needing updates. I quit midway, too cheap to upgrade. But when I ran into an issue with my pc and knew it too had many drivers needing updating, I also knew it would be worth it to pay for the upgrade. Wow - so easy, so fast and now my pc is speeding along like it never has. Then did same with my laptop. Fantastic!

Seamless transaction + Peace of mind Seamless transaction. I wasn't having a problem with any of the programs/software etc. I like Driver Easy, because it's easy to check and update the programs on my computer. It gives me peace of mind.

Never had a problem with driver easy… Never had a problem with driver easy I’ve had it for three years it’s never truly ever messed up and the driver that I download if it didn’t work right I just go back and get the old driver from driver easy great software, have a beautiful day driver easy team.:)
