No support or even response for purchase that doesn't work Purchased a copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking 15 after having a computer meltdown. I am paralyzed from the shoulders down, so I needed immediate access. SoftwareCW had a great purchase price, so I purchased and downloaded it on my new computer ASAP. It did not work properly from the word go. I reinstalled it and continued to have the same problems. I reached out to SoftwareCW to ask for support and got no reply. There isn't even an option for a refund but you have open the download. You will never have any idea whether the software works until you open the download, so if it doesn't work, you're screwed, just like I was for $452.60 I will never see again.

Outstanding service and easy to compleat download and install. I ordered Microsoft Office from SoftwareCW because all the reviews I could find were high marks. I had just had an experience with software I bought from Ebay was counterfeit. I needed a legal copy of office, and SoftwareCW had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. Also it cost less than than the bootleg copy from Ebay.
