Honestly go elsewhere unless you like suffering We went with this host because it was rated well. We usually use a different host, but the price here was hard to beat. The user interface is HORRID and confusing to use. FTP would be a simple fix for this, but you don't have access unless you upgrade to their top two plans. Editing server files/configs is circular and confusing to navigate (if you can even get the site to work.) They have AI support on the site that doesn't answer your questions (if it even comes up with complete sentences) and their discord has 3 support staff so good luck getting help there. (Editing to reply to the wonderful response: Why offer a chatbot if it's not expected to be used? Discord tickets took hours to even be looked at despite it being a recommended form of contact. A word of advice: don't accuse your dissatisfied customers of a scam and perhaps give your posts a bit of editing, because this response seems like it was written by the same AI that runs your chatbot)

A great 7d2d server host! A great 7d2d server host! Servers are low-cost, and the support is great. You need absolutely no IT/Linux/Server -knowledge to get started, and the ease of configuration blew me away. I just paid up, and literally within minutes I was able to connect with my friend. We noticed we had some unwanted settings, so I logged in to admin panel, few clicks and our server was configured the way we liked it. Their support is really active in discord, and usually you'll get answers within minutes. Heavily recommended!

Finally a server I can count on! Went through a few options with servers for 7 Days to Die, finally found one who was quick to help me. Well worth the price! I have already upgraded my server plan because I have more friends joining me than I thought would. Really appreciate everyone behind here making magic happen! (:

great company. all options not available I like the ease of the interface. the random generation preview doesn't work. I can't upload a personal map. I don't know why this is an issue. you don't have all the functionality you get from working in the game directly such as advance terrain choices in a21. I wish all the server options were available. please update these items and I'll update my score.
