GBThis is a great choice for affordability. This is a great choice for affordability they had the server up in one day, easy to navigate and apply what we disired for our server i truly recommend them, i only went down 1 star due to the server is a little slow in some cases, i assume its the quality of server i had chosen as i could have paid more, i adjusted the amount of zombies always running to accommodate for this. Ill say a good A. I plan to keep the server for a while.

GBVery Easy to use Very Easy to use. Love the simplicity. UI looks great too. Some minor mis-naming errors when dealing with file deletions. FAQs could be a bit more detailed for those with no experience. The Chat system (FAQ help robot) is actually very good and can answer things really well.

GBHonestly go elsewhere unless you like suffering We went with this host because it was rated well. We usually use a different host, but the price here was hard to beat. The user interface is HORRID and confusing to use. FTP would be a simple fix for this, but you don't have access unless you upgrade to their top two plans. Editing server files/configs is circular and confusing to navigate (if you can even get the site to work.) They have AI support on the site that doesn't answer your questions (if it even comes up with complete sentences) and their discord has 3 support staff so good luck getting help there. (Editing to reply to the wonderful response: Why offer a chatbot if it's not expected to be used? Discord tickets took hours to even be looked at despite it being a recommended form of contact. A word of advice: don't accuse your dissatisfied customers of a scam and perhaps give your posts a bit of editing, because this response seems like it was written by the same AI that runs your chatbot)
