Overcharging of fees Got charged ridiculous amount for transferring fees No one responded to my request to be contacted by email

Fast 💯 but high Fees Purchases and deposits are quite fast. But….pardon me for mentioning the name. Paybis is better. Their Debit/Credit car fees are better than yours and also the have a payment option that involves online banking which even charges waaaaayyyyy lesser cos it’s easier to connect and verify your account. You can add online banking to your payment methods maybe with plaid or trustly. Also work on reducing your fees, what good is the crypto when purchasing charge has eaten a lot into the amount. So I’ll keep using you for a while because I’ve had some issues that need fixing with my Paybis account. But after I sort it then I may barely even use you guys. Honestly, speaking for myself if you can drop the fees for my account personally then you’ve got a loyal customer 💯 on your hands. So that’s as honest as I can get Thank you.

Very easy to work with once you get… Very easy to work with once you get going and know what to do. Much easier and less hassles than Coinbase or Robinhood. Quite honestly, both of those platforms sort of suck as at the drop of a hat, if anything goes too fast for them to get through their programming ... they get stuck and want all kinds of reviews (what a hassle). Here I feel the prgramming lets you get started and gets a feel for you and meets your demands.
