USBeware of this company Beware of this company. They will send threatening letters in an attempt to extort payment from you. They have no intention of hearing facts from anyone involved. Their US office appears to be a false front and only forwards you to their UK-based operations. No one there can or will discuss an issue, they only make more threats hoping that you will pay their self-imposed penalty.
