I'd not heard of Dynadot before I'd not heard of Dynadot before, i just tripped over them looking to sell a domain. Matt in customer service was really helpful and gave me great advice. I see some low ratings and to be fair ive not been with them long, but in my 20+ years of dealing with 'domain agencies' (or whatever their called!) These guys seem to be extremely good.

Improved Over Time While I had issues with Dynadot before, they have managed to resolve them over time, and lately it's all been stellar.

Dynadot has been extremely helpful when… Dynadot has been extremely helpful when support gets involved on several occasions in the first contact. Seen some 1 Star reviews that are unwarranted, If you contact them they will help resolve YOUR issue, however, they're not telepathic, and can not read your mind. Just sayin There the best in the field and improving all the time.

I've been using Dynadot.com for over 20… I've been using Dynadot.com for over 20 years and I'm incredibly happy with them. There have been times where I didn't renew my domain in time, yet they didn't jack up the renewal rate like other Domain Registrars (e.g. GoDaddy). Then there were times when I didn't renew a domain for a month or two, but the renewal amount was still reasonable. All in all, I recommend them to most of my clients.
