I had couple stumbles during… I had couple stumbles during installation like error messages which are gone on the second or third try. I suggest a little more detailed instruction like download image, mount, run, if error than call us or retry. It's not clear should I use www_office_com/setup or not if installation from image fails. But taking into account the price and minor problems, it's a great deal.
