GBI got an email the next day. I got an email the next day after ordering Windows 10 keys. The keys worked just fine.

GBWould Shop Here Again There was a slight glitch in ordering but the vendor made it right very quickly. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. I haven't had time to install the software, but between the good vibe I got from the seller I have faith all will be as it should be.

GBdisappointment. Lately the quality of service has deteriorated greatly. The keys that arrive immediately are not working. Emails are answered with a long delay. The last time, about a day (23 hours) passed from the moment of payment to the receipt of a working key. This didn't happen before.

GBDont buy it dost worked I got 2 keys, but none of them worked systems say that the keys were used in other systems, I emailed the seller with no response, don't buy from these people, keys won't work, customer support was contacted on time an manner with no response, I finally was contacted until I left a negative comment here. you go figure.
