A friend of mine accidentally deposited… A friend of mine accidentally deposited $325 instead $35. She asked for a refund since it was a mistake. She has spoken to customer service and management. They said she can do a withdrawal and receive a bc payout. It's been a couple several days now and nothing. She even asked if it was possible to see a web receipt so she could follow the block chain.
