GBDidn’t get gift card I have 3 tasks that didn’t credit and I emailed support with pictures and everything, but still no reply. Update: support added my missing task credits, and I was able to redeem the item. Now I have to wait for that to process. Update 2: it’s been like a week and I still haven’t gotten my gift card. The site said it would be given within 72 hours.

GBWhy is communication so slow Why is communication so slow ? They say there's a team of you guys but I can't tell. There's no reason for customer support to take forever to respond. I'm still trying to give this company a chance before I take further action in my own hands. I completed tasks. I spent money on your site. I redeemed over 25+ tasks. It's only fair that your team falls through to their promise. I'm gonna give the company until 04/08/24 to contact me about my e gift card. After that I'm done with this site. Just seems like communication is not there best at all. I was told someone contacts me daily but it's a lie. I haven't spoken to anyone recently. All they do is respond through TRUST pilot. I honestly feel like they spend more time looking a reviews than actually helping people out with there redemption. No one should ever have to feel this frustration of bad customer support. Please get this sorted out because there only seems as of there's only 1 of you. I would appreciate if you'd let us know that instead of telling lies. (THIS IS THE LAST REVIEW I AM MAKING)
