GBI completed 4 tasks totaling +10 task… I completed 4 tasks totaling +10 task credit and I contacted support. They told me I’d receive an update in 5 business days. It’s now been 10 business days with no update and I’m still missing the credit. Update as of April 12th I received a phone call saying I’d get credit for my offers on Monday so updating to 3 stars until then

GBbeen almost a full week without getting… been almost a full week without getting my credits, was also promised a $25 gift card.. still never received. put a lot of money into this and seems to all just be a money grab. should have knew this seemed to good to be true, any positive review is fake. would not recommend this website EDIT: James from dropshop reached out to me to fix issues, got me the credits and was very helpful. Just cashed out my credits for a item , will update on if i receive the item/money! Take back saying any positive review is fake cause this is starting to seem very legit! EDIT: WAS FULLY PAID OUT DONT EVER JUDGE BEFORE CAUSE THEY ALWAYS MAKE THINGS RIGHT!

GBWaste of time They aren’t responding to my emails and it’s been like 2 weeks, I haven’t received like the last 3 credits I should have, also the games don’t take 5-10 minutes they take hours. As of now waste of time. Will update if they reply and I get a reward Update: I got the task credits after a couple of weeks Edit: I sent in my email, we will see how it goes from here Edit: they have responded to me and I have upgraded my review to 3 stars temporarily until they get back to me on monday Edit: they kept delaying it and never gave me the credits and would only respond when I tell them I’m going to put back up my review

GBWhy is communication so slow Why is communication so slow ? They say there's a team of you guys but I can't tell. There's no reason for customer support to take forever to respond. I'm still trying to give this company a chance before I take further action in my own hands. I completed tasks. I spent money on your site. I redeemed over 25+ tasks. It's only fair that your team falls through to their promise. I'm gonna give the company until 04/08/24 to contact me about my e gift card. After that I'm done with this site. Just seems like communication is not there best at all. I was told someone contacts me daily but it's a lie. I haven't spoken to anyone recently. All they do is respond through TRUST pilot. I honestly feel like they spend more time looking a reviews than actually helping people out with there redemption. No one should ever have to feel this frustration of bad customer support. Please get this sorted out because there only seems as of there's only 1 of you. I would appreciate if you'd let us know that instead of telling lies. (THIS IS THE LAST REVIEW I AM MAKING)
