LVWrong product, no communication, no refund. I purchased a Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus Lifetime subscription that was supposed to include 1TB of OneDrive storage for €10.15. However, I received a Microsoft Office 365 A1 Plus for students account with only 100 GB of storage, and Access app was not included. I opened a ticket, requesting them to rectify the issue. Subsequently, I asked for a refund, but unfortunately, there has been no response from the seller.
