Not paying dividends on stocks that should As far as loading the account, and splitting designations, the app is great. As far as the investing, my daughter should have MULTIPLE dividend dispersments over the past year and a half (between multiple dividend yielding positions) but only has TWO. There is no way (that I've seen) to find any sort of account history. Feels pretty illegal......

I'm a new cusotmer I'm a new cusotmer, connected a savings triedaccount to Busy Kid, and transferred funds. After several days, the funds still hadn't been transferred to the debit card, and Busy Kid told me that I couldn't use a savings account with busy kid.. so I connected a checking account. It's been over a week since the funds have been pulled from my checking account, and the funds still haven't arrived to the Busy Kid debit card.

chore chart winner I love the ability to customize the chores my children do and the prepopulated suggested allowance. I wish there was a space to detail what needed to be completed on the chore instead of just the room or task. if it had it, they would be 5 stars.

BusyKid use and support We have been using it for year for both of our kids. It's such an easy way to give a 'bank account' for them to track as well as a good platform to pay them in exchange for 'work', even show the advantage of a saving match (aka work retirement plan matching). We haven't tried the investing or donation functions though. Recently, I needed support via email - Norma was very responsive and knowledgeable. She helped to clearly explain certain backend processes in an easy to understand way. Highly recommended!
