GBScam The software key that was provided didn't work and gave an error message "All available activations for that code have been used". I reached out to their support team and didn't get a response from them until 28 hours later. They refused to give me a refund despite my request for one insisting I use the code they supplied a day later. I had already replaced the product through another vendor.

GBSupport is excellent! Every contact I've had with support personnel has been quick and easy. Although, I haven't received my rebate from TurboTax yet, so, we'll see.
