Ordering Turbo Tax software was fairly… Ordering Turbo Tax software was fairly easy. It wasn't until I had placed my order that I realized I would have to wait until I had filed my taxes to claim my rebate. Also, there was some confusion as to how to activate the Turbo Tax software such as where to find my license key.

Scam software The code for the turbotax software did not work to activate software said was already used. So I cancelled order. Total scam

Scam The software key that was provided didn't work and gave an error message "All available activations for that code have been used". I reached out to their support team and didn't get a response from them until 28 hours later. They refused to give me a refund despite my request for one insisting I use the code they supplied a day later. I had already replaced the product through another vendor.

Made good on rebate TurboTax was advertised with an Intuit rebate so I purchased it back in December. Intuit refused to honor the rebate so I got in touch with SDUSA and they refunded the rebate amount immediately with no trouble. This is the third time I've bought from them and will continue buying from them in the future. Not everyone stands behind their promises.
