GBServer wouldn't automatically provision… Server wouldn't automatically provision after purchase which is so simple yet they tried blaming myself before I even got the account details :S, Now the server has stopped and it wouldn't restart so have to wait for a support person to answer my ticket during peak hours of business. Just avoid, terrible company and clearly writing fake reviews

GBI consistently have problems with them… I consistently have problems with them and the support is useless. You open a ticket and they will make changes without even reading the ticket just creating new problems. I can't believe how bad they are. They changed IP address on our server which affected all are DNS. It's been a month of opening tickets and I still can't get it resolved. I absolutely would not use them. UPDATE It takes 2 hours to get a reply from you only to ask for the same information that was in the ticket or the 20+ tickets on the exact same issue because NO ONE reads the ticket. I highly recommend anyone reading this DO NOT USE ULTA. I had to transfer out because I can't get any response.
