Do not waste you money Do not waste you money, they limit download so having recently bought and realised they are mainly same actions I bought before and now says download limit reached even though I only downloaded them once and they then disappeared. No reply to emails.

These could be so much easier to use These could be so much easier to use. You guys really need to update your installation methods I downloaded on my phone, now I can’t get any from that package because it says downloaded max reached….yet I can’t find them anywhere on my phone? Can’t download them to my laptop either now because of this. So now I feel I’m out money. Had the second set downloaded to my laptop, not my phone. Then the overlay bundle I received….i really have to move each overlay to a folder and slowly pick through each one….there had to have been a better way of doing this. This seems like such a hassle, I haven’t used any but one. I feel like I wasted $100….

DO NOT BUY We were very unhappy with the product and the service received. patronising customer service and they refused a refund despite ordering the same day which is in breach of UK trading standards and distant selling regs. A fraud/charge back claim was placed through MasterCard to claw the funds back. DO not buy from this company

GAME CHANGER!! These presets have absolutely been a game changer! I have used Luxe Lens for years, but their new AI packs are incredible, and so easy to use. I needed help when I first got them and Hannah with customer service was able to assist me and within minutes my questions were answered and my photos for my business are a whole new level. Thank you for consistently providing a great product!!!
