You guys really need to update your installation methods I downloaded on my phone, now I can’t get any from that package because it says downloaded max reached….yet I can’t find them anywhere on my phone? Can’t download them to my laptop either now because of this. So now I feel I’m out money. Had the second set downloaded to my laptop, not my phone. Then the overlay bundle I received….i really have to move each overlay to a folder and slowly pick through each one….there had to have been a better way of doing this. This seems like such a hassle, I haven’t used any but one. I feel like I wasted $100….

GAME CHANGER!! These presets have absolutely been a game changer! I have used Luxe Lens for years, but their new AI packs are incredible, and so easy to use. I needed help when I first got them and Hannah with customer service was able to assist me and within minutes my questions were answered and my photos for my business are a whole new level. Thank you for consistently providing a great product!!!

Same settings, different colour Most are the exact same settings under a different colour adjustment. Really a waste of money. The Earth and Sky presets are thrown together quick to make a buck and do not reflect the adjustments made in the company's before and after photos, save your $ and make adjustments yourself.

Enhanced my workflow! I absolutely love the presets, they have truly taken my photography workflow to whole new level. I love how they enhance an image without being too much. It allows for the image to still feel natural. I also have to rave about their customer service. I ran into an issue with using some of my presets and they responded super quickly and did everything to try to help. In the end it was just that my laptop was too old haha, but after replacing with a newer and faster one everything works perfectly. I’ve been a customer for quite a while and will continue to be!
