GBExperience with app on the go. I’ve started noticing that the app is finally working on my end how it should. Even the transponder sometimes acts sliver then app. And I like how I can have my Garmin connected with the app as well. Over all so far am satisfy with the service worth every penny. Thank you

GBToll coverage is great, bypass not so much. Toll coverage is great. Customer service is great. Bypass iffy at best; doesn’t work much of the time and the transponder has actually caused me to go into weigh stations because PrePass didn’t update my GCWR to the correct amount. Seems to be working okay now.

GBI like every green lighting beeps I like every green lighting beeps , hate the opposite whenever it occurs.

GBonly receiving red lights at scales My service was interrupted due to nonpayment, which happened because when I signed up for prepass I gave the salesman my payment info and it never was added to my account. As a result I didnt make the monthly payment so my service was suspended. I promptly made a payment to restore services and I have only recieved red lights ever since. So I feel that my prepass service is a waste of time and money since I have to pull into the scales and stop anyway.
