GBWell as a new owner operator prepass… Well as a new owner operator prepass customer service is grate very helpful with the whole process. They don't take up a lot of your time they try to get you going as fast as they can. They prices are fair their not out dig in our pockets.

GBExperience with app on the go. I’ve started noticing that the app is finally working on my end how it should. Even the transponder sometimes acts sliver then app. And I like how I can have my Garmin connected with the app as well. Over all so far am satisfy with the service worth every penny. Thank you

GBMy prepass has quit working My prepass has quit working, says I have to resync, telling me to contact customer service at times and places when I cannot. Thus far this thing is more hassle than help.

GBGreat addition to the truck I've only had PrePass for a short period but it's been great thus far. My only complaint is that sometimes you're right at the weigh station before you get the bypass light. This may be an issue with the weigh stations themselves (I'm not 100%). I hate having to slow down to enter the weigh station only to get the green light to bypass. It's a journey getting back up to 65 at 80,000 pounds.
