Misleading set-up practices I feel that the way that the purchase was offered was deceptive. I meant to try CircleBoom for a month and decide if I wanted to commit to a longer time period. I found that the service did not provide what I needed but have prepaid for a locked in annual contract that has little relevance with my needs. I consider this to be an ethical shortcoming on CircleBoom's part and certainly will not be recommending this tool to anyone.
