GBI cancelled my subsciption on the same… I cancelled my subsciption on the same day as i purchased the product. The reason is because they could not load the program on my phone. Made lots of excuses. I cancelled it in January 2024. I have reapeadly asked them to delete my account. Im still being billed £197.79 in April 2024. Again lots of ex uses. Saying my account has been deactivated but still being billed. I spoke to Jason today 11.04.2024 and he said he would esculate the problem. Again ive heard this many times. Scammers.

GBHorrible company that lies to you Horrible company that lies to you. The software CANNOT monitor iOS product. They say it’s incognito, but in order to get the iOS infuriation, you have to physically have the device in hand and the. A password is required from the target device……every time. So when I questioned this, they said that I have to upgrade which would provide all the information…….sounds good until you ask how this is done. The iPhone has to be rooted, ok cool, how do I do this…..the response “Oh you can’t, there is no root solution for IOS 17” So basically the software is awful and then they try and upsell you to get more money, only to discover there is no fix and software still has the same problems. My advice, run don’t walk away.
