I want my money back because I feel like the user experience mislead me to join and it lead me to believe I'd find specific information that was not available. Effectively it was, "you want information on VIN #xyz?, we can provide that for a dollar." So I signed up then the app said, "sorry jk. We don't have that, thanks for the dollar."

Total scam I entered the information of the person I was looking for they sent back a statement the report was ready and of course it in no WAY was the person I was looking for which happened to be my mother. They send a bunch of dissimilar names that had NO bearing to the name I submitted. Luckily I only paid for one week for I only lost $1 unless they try to screw me over by charging more than the buck I READ fine print
