GBI personally could not get it to work, BUTā¦ I personally could not get it to work for me. I don't know if the problem was on my end or what. But I have to give them full props for their excellent customer service! I requested a refund and there was no hassle, no fuss, no muss. I put in a ticket and almost immediately got a reply (automated, at that!) that my refund was being processed. I really appreciated them for that! I regret that the product itself did not work out for me!
