I asked for a refund for current month because, I have not used freedom voice line, The representative Fernniiad (misspell of name sorry). Did above and beyond and got an approval for me to get a refund for the last 5 months that I didn’t use! He is amazing! This customer service experience was the best I ever had hands down. Thank you,
