She forgot the google account used to set up the phone and her pattern to unlock the phone. I tried to download some of these solutions and ending up with virus after virus. 🥰 OMG, It worked!!! OMG, it worked!!! I'm in amazement at the moment & so relieved at the same time!!! I was terrified to pay for an unlock code for my Note 20 5g phone & instead, was even carrying around 2 phones for a lil while so I could use the hotspot off the crummy old, but working phone.
