Great - Deals & Service!! I have been snagging deals off dealmirror since the past year or so. While not every product works as advertised or desired and you can't possibly know unless you try them out, I totally appreciate the rationale and logic based approach used by dealmirror, especially when dealing with product quality issues and refund policy exceptions. I was impressed by how they treated the challenges that I was facing on merit vs sticking to a policy verbiage diarrhoea. A big shout out to the support head @ Deal Mirror - Silky, who was super helpful through an ordeal I faced with a popular product purchased off dealmirror. Thanks again...and I will continue to use deal mirror in the future. PS: Please bring back the live chat feature!!

DealMirror has excellent service I also buy from AppSumo and PitchGround. Purchases are mostly fine, but when I want to communicate with support, there is always a problem (the 8-24 hour wait is no exception). That's why I'd like to draw attention to DealMirror. Service during upgrade or problem is faultless. They respond immediately and really care about solving the problem. I give 5 stars. Well thank you.

Good reselling partner Good reselling partner. I am partnering with them to sell my WordPress themes. Till now I am satisfied with their service.

I had an issue with membership… I had an issue with membership subscription activation and could not pick the deal on that day. Next day i was surprised to see an increase of $40 in the price. I pinged in the chat box and Zara came to help me and after taking note of my situation, she greed to place an order with the original price. I sincerely appreciate their immediate attention and action and certainly recommend others to Dealmirror.com. Thank you.

Great support and great program Great support, along with some good products and deals. You're putting money in when these companies are generally small thinking they're going to make it big. Therefore, it is necessary to do a detailed study of the founders and their vision for the company. Well, I think the Dealmirror team does it well enough. I highly recommend Dealmirror.
