I had a json error that prevented me… I had a json error that prevented me from making changes to my Wordpress website. I first contacted support through online chat that was escalated and worked on by at least 4 different people. The problem ended up being the firewall, ModSecurity, flagging changes I made as problematic. Turning it off while I was working allowed me to finish building my website. The team was fast to respond and friendly. Their level of care and expertise got me back on my feet within a day. I appreciate them all!

Whois info I could not figure this out but your tech team sent me back a response that walked me through making these changes to my site to hide my Whois info. Your techs online and through email are excellent and one of the biggest reasons I have remained a customer of many years.
