Great tool for Executors and Trustees! It's such a great tool, especially when you've lost someone and can hardly function. It also helps with family infighting, because you can produce detailed documents if there's any questions of impropriety. It's hard enough to be an executor or trustee, because you don't get time to grieve, but this program has helped me stay organized. I can use all the help I can get now. Thank you so much for creating it!

More than just sotware This is an amazing tool to help organize and keep track of all the tasks required as an executor. Matt Veltmann was very helpful and continued to reach out with support over the course of my experience. When I made suggestions he listened and would make suggestion's or find the answers I was looking for. So much more than just a software, the team really tries to make things easier during these hard times.

EstateExec has your back Being an executor means assuming many tasks, usually ones that are unfamiliar. The responsibility also involves tracking and sharing a lot of information. EstateExec helps you learn about and track those tasks and your efforts. It also helps you share details about who is owed what, prepare details for lawyers or courts, and even allow trusted people to have limited access to the software. There are some quirks to the UI, but after you learn those, it's easy to use. Finally, the customer service is attentive and very helpful. Try it out, I think you'll be happy that you did.

I used EstateExec to help me as… I used EstateExec to help me as executor of a complex estate with 10 heirs. The software was extremely helpful and very user friendly, and makes adjustments for whichever state the estate is located in. It allows one to print and/or send electronically multiple useful reports. When I had questions, the company was very responsive. I honestly don’t know how I could have carried out this task over the last 2 years without this program. I would recommend it to anyone!

Smartest thing I did relative to being an executor I stumbled onto EstateExec with an internet search, looking for a good checklist. I took the risk and purchased the license. It is the smartest thing I did relative to being an executor of my dad’s estate. It provided me with a comprehensive checklist as well as guidance on every step. The reporting helped the communications with beneficiaries and the accounting helps with managing the status of assets as they are consolidated and distributed. I found it very helpful and highly recommend it for estates of any size. I did need support a couple times figuring out the transfer of assets to the cash account and was able to get the help I needed.
