Hands down the best customer experience EVER! I had a service ticket after installing the plugin and not really knowing what I was doing (new to wordpress). They replied to my ticket within 10 minutes of sending in the ticket (the fastest responses I've ever encountered from a software company). They we're extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They even went as far as checking out any bugs or setting configurations I was encountering. They got my site working properly and improved my site speed SIGNIFICANTLY! I just want to leave this review for anyone who is on the fence about getting this plugin GET IT! These guys really care about their customers! 5/5 STARS!

Speedmatters makes the difference. My experience with Brian from Perfmatters has been outstanding. I have developed a pretty articulated system with multiple plugins and integrations; UX is a priority for me because I have a customer-first policy. Speed matters. I previously used Asset Clean Up PRO, but I was getting mediocre results. On top of that, I had a conflict with Flying Press due to a few wrong settings. Brian kindly checked what was going. As a result, I now have better performance than a Custom made website! Fully loaded in less than a second! Try to beat me if you can ;-) Steph

10 star support! The plugin does what you expect. But where this plugin really deserves 5 stars is the excellent support. We had several questions in the first couple weeks after purchasing and setting up the plugin. The support team was quick to respond and offer suggestions that got our site optimized where we wanted it. Page Speed Insights improved 20-30 points on nearly every page of our site!

The only thing better than this AMAZING plugin is the STELLAR tech support! I can't say enough good things about not only this plugin, but also the tech support. Worth every penny and then some! As I was initially setting up Perfmatters, I ran into a problem that I couldn't resolve on my own. Brian got back to me extremely quickly, solved the problem, and got pages on my site loading much faster than I was able to myself. There are so many ways to customize this plugin at a very targeted and granular level. Brian went above and beyond to configure my Perfmatters settings in a way that took advantage of every little feature that would improve my page speeds. He even pointed out an issue with a font I was using that was slowing things down, and suggested that I find a different font instead, which I did (I actually like the new font better!) My site is loading faster than I ever though it could! Thank you, Brian! I am so grateful for this plugin, and even more so for all your help!

Permatters Plugin is Brilliant! Permatters Plugin is Brilliant! On top of that they have the ultimate customer service I have ever experienced with a Wordpress Plugin. Brian and Brett have helped with some serious Speed issues on several websites all by using there plugin and guess what day it was, the day after Christmas. I was even able to delete W3 Total Cache. Perfmatters is a must have
