Hands down the best customer experience EVER! I had a service ticket after installing the plugin and not really knowing what I was doing (new to wordpress). They replied to my ticket within 10 minutes of sending in the ticket (the fastest responses I've ever encountered from a software company). They we're extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They even went as far as checking out any bugs or setting configurations I was encountering. They got my site working properly and improved my site speed SIGNIFICANTLY! I just want to leave this review for anyone who is on the fence about getting this plugin GET IT! Perfmatters is a brilliant plugin I am amazed at the efficiency and relative ease of use of the Perfmatters plugin. I create and edit websites as a hobby. After 28 years in "the game" I know my way around things, yet website speed depends on so many things that it is hard to keep up. I decided to get a plugin to help me out. With Perfmatters I was able to boost my Page Speed to 95+ almost instantly. The plugin is very easy to use, has an intuitive interface and lots of help material. There are also many fabulous tutorials out there for Perfmatters. I also got fast and helpful assistance from the creators when I needed it. Highly recommended! Worth every single cent.

AMAZING Product and Support Their products work great. PerfMatters has made my site wayyyyy faster (basically a perfect score on Google's Pagespeed tool). And their support is awesome! Fast and super helpful. Most companies take days to reply and when they do, they're often not that helpful. But these guys go above and beyond to solve the problem. They'll usually get back to me on the same day and they'll fix the issue themselves. It's a pleasure working with them and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Speedmatters makes the difference. My experience with Brian from Perfmatters has been outstanding. I have developed a pretty articulated system with multiple plugins and integrations; UX is a priority for me because I have a customer-first policy. Speed matters.
