Great plugin, even greater Support Brian at perfmatters went above and beyond. After I struggled with the plugin and gave up and requesting a refund, Brian reached out and not n only helped implement the plugin in to my website, he then carried on making suggestions and improvements to fix the site! He managed to get it from 39% performance rate to 70%-80% I couldn’t ask for any more from a customer service experience. Would highly recommend the plugin and the support.

10 star support! The plugin does what you expect. But where this plugin really deserves 5 stars is the excellent support. We had several questions in the first couple weeks after purchasing and setting up the plugin. The support team was quick to respond and offer suggestions that got our site optimized where we wanted it. Page Speed Insights improved 20-30 points on nearly every page of our site!

Speedmatters makes the difference. My experience with Brian from Perfmatters has been outstanding. I have developed a pretty articulated system with multiple plugins and integrations; UX is a priority for me because I have a customer-first policy. Speed matters. I previously used Asset Clean Up PRO, but I was getting mediocre results. On top of that, I had a conflict with Flying Press due to a few wrong settings. Brian kindly checked what was going. Perfmatters - The Best Speed Caching Tool I am absolutely blown away by Perfmatters! Honestly, every other tool out there is overrated including WP Rocket. When it comes to speed.. this is hands downs the best tool on the market. That not even talking about the amazing support from this super amazing guys. Hands down the best customer experience EVER! I had a service ticket after installing the plugin and not really knowing what I was doing (new to wordpress). They replied to my ticket within 10 minutes of sending in the ticket (the fastest responses I've ever encountered from a software company). They we're extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They even went as far as checking out any bugs or setting configurations I was encountering.
