NOSecurity and Speed I spoke to Silvia to fix some problems, and their security protocols are above the standards. As long as the client provide identification, you are good to go. Because they require proof of ID sent via email, the progress of resetting a password from an account containing an old email can take some time, instead of using MFA. But it's working and is secure enough. After all, great service and support.

SEVery helpful support in the end Was first struggling with the bot that kept sending me to a non-existing web page. Then I got to chat with a real person who finally sent me to tech support where I got in contact with Ajay^_^ who was very service minded and not only guided me, but helped me doing the needed steps. Ajay^_^ get 5 stars but the full experience with a misleading bot lowers the full experience slightly

SEOne of the possibly worst experience One of the possibly worst experience, ever, from a corporate ethics and not to mention the support who didn’t answer my questions. 1. I cancelled the subscription, got it confirmed, had to ask for confirmation on mail, which she almost refused to give me. (It got cancelled, at last). 2. One year later i get an inkasso request. They have then WITHOUT a written permission renewed my subsricption. Keep this in mind, ”miss hosting” renewed a cancelled subscription without consent (confirmed by mail). 3. They couldn’t prove that I’ve confirmed it, and denied everything. Untill their support at LAST found my cancelled invoice, (due to the fact that i’ve cancelled it prevously) could prove that themselfs actually cancelled it. Ask everything in written, if they get a small chance to make you pay more WITHOUT CONSENT, they’ll most likely will do it. -I won though, just giving a ”heads up for the rest of ”customers. Keep in mind, im not blaming the support. Just whoever works in their economy/legal department. Get your work straight! - Instead of making the world better, your just making it worse. It’s going to come back to you, one day. I can tell by their annual book closing.
