REFUND OF $50 and extra sent to cover fees! After being out of the country and super busy, this company even re-activated the credits twice a couple months later. They then proceeded to refund the money and sent extra to cover any fees that may occur via PayPal. Sam handled all of this promptly. Even offered to still unblock the device directly with the supplier.
