GBHyros so far has been great. Hyros so far has been great. Catalin has been our CS rep and he's been awesome. We need at least 3 months to be able to make decisions with our data, but I wanted to leave a review regarding the CS. Catalin answered all of our questions and helped make our onboarding pretty seamless. So far so good with Hyros!

GBI manage a multi-million-dollar budget… I manage a multi-million-dollar budget for a very well-known brand, and I started using Hyros two years ago. They have helped us scale significantly and I would not recommend media buying without it. The service they provide us is superb - Marcelo is always available to promptly troubleshoot whenever an issue arises, and the resolution time is immediate. They are also adding new features based on customer feedback. Recently, they launched an app so I'm ever grateful I can pull up our stats when I'm not at my computer. Thank you Hyros!

AEDO NOT BUY HYROS! Absolutely insane what happened to me with Hyros! After paying $3099 for their service (which doesn't track practically anything correctly anymore!), I requested a refund and was not given it because it was requested after 3 days from payment, even though I proved I hadn't been using Hyros for a while! $3099! Let's not joke around, this is not acceptable. DO NOT BUY HYROS!

ESGreat tool for tracking and analytics, excellent support. Hyros is an excellent platform for gaining deeper insights into ad performance and tracking. A standout aspect is the exceptional customer support we received from Marko. His assistance during our onboarding was phenomenal! As a SaaS company, an area for improvement on the platform we'd like to see is the ability to track the 'Trial to Subscriber' rate, which is a crucial metric for our business. We're hopeful this feature will be added soon.
