GBSuperb Produt and Amazing Customer Service The install of this purchase came with a lot of problems from my side of my laptop. Totally nothing to do with this purchase from the company. David, from MyCodes24, tech support was AMAZING... I never ever had such a caring, patient, knowledgeable and understanding customer service representative like David. We had multiple emails back and forth in trying to solve my old laptop problems in order to get Microsoft Office installed. Finally, our last troubleshooting email was successful. I was going to give up but David figured it out. MyCodes24 should be proud to have David as one of their employees.

GBSuspicious to the max Something about this seems very suspicious...you are given a link to download the file from their site instead of able to activate it through microsoft? You can keep the money, I'm not kosher with losing security to my computer, and I could be wrong...but intuition is a beast and mine is throwing up too many red flags.
