GBSuspicious to the max Something about this seems very suspicious...you are given a link to download the file from their site instead of able to activate it through microsoft? You can keep the money, I'm not kosher with losing security to my computer, and I could be wrong...but intuition is a beast and mine is throwing up too many red flags.

I bought Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac and had issues (I am not tech savvy) and David replied within 30 minutes of my original email. The instructions he gave were simple and easy to follow.
