Worst company ever I work with Joshua Clark and he was very tenacious and getting me to sign up and try it I went ahead and did for a 3-month trial. At the end of the 3 months I found that my existing programs did everything that their program offered and I zidy was not needed. I contacted Joshua Clark, he said because it was a 3-month trial I did not need to do anything to cancel. I've been billed two consecutive months after the end of the trial and now have to cancel the card and go through set up all programs that are connected to that card re-establish a new card. What a hassle don't use this company. If you choose to use them you deserve what you get. They take your money and you will not get the services they promise

The Zidy app is pretty awsome! I thought the Zidy app was easy to use and looked great. It's perfect for small business owners who are looking for a Chat/AI to handle the more mundane questions. When i used it, it was able to understand and answer all my questions and sounded very professional. I would definitely recommend.
