Awesome Customer Service and Always Delivers Look, these guys are crushing it! They are working really hard to build a super high quality program and on top of that they support you in a way that I haven't seen an organization support you in a long time. Any questions you may have, any issues you may have they are on it. They have all the trainings in the world and videos you can watch along with groups to join to help get things moving in the right direction. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a super high quality lead and ad program to pick up UpHex!

Frustrating to Use I had high hopes after watching the youtube videos. There have been issues since the start. Issues with the plugin on GHL that still isn't fixed. Templates provided are extremely basic and the ad copy can be easily done by chatgpt/jasperai instead of paying a hefty monthly premium for it. In fact, only about 20% of the ad copy that I have received had any information related to what I asked for. Requested for real estate xyz and I received copy for auto detailing & medspa. They also try to upsell additional templates that are not included in the $500/month subscription - so no incentive for them to provide solid templates for free! I just took the time to complete a template from scratch, and boom it's gone. In addition, you still have to provide all of the media, including sample pictures. Honestly the only problem it solves is being able to post ads easier through GHL. Not worth $500 a month if the ad copy and media aren't good / aren't provided.

Hesitated to leave the review because I selfishly didn’t want anyone to know my dirty little secret. No more media buyer. Down to one account manager. This is the way. Thanks guys for an awesome solution to a complex issue in the market.
